How many lodges do you have and where are they?
We're four graded lodges across Nelson Mandela Bay, run under one group: Bishops Lodge, Madiba Bay, Heugh Road and Lalapanzi. One call or message reaches the front desk at Bishops Lodge, where Icon Lodges is based.
How do I get in touch or book?

What if my first-choice lodge is fully booked?
No problem — if one lodge is full, we simply place you at the next one in the group.
How far are you from the airport?
We're just 10 minutes from the airport, and Addo's big game viewing is an easy morning's drive from any of our four lodges.
Is it cheaper to book direct rather than through a booking site?
Yes — booking direct is never beaten by an OTA listing, and you'll also earn Icon Loyal stay credit on every direct night.
What's the Icon Loyal rewards programme?
Sign up for free, and we'll track your nights across any of our four lodges. Ten nights earns a R200 drinks voucher, thirty earns a complimentary night for two with breakfast, and forty-five earns Platinum status — early check-in, a night for four, breakfast for four and a R400 voucher, worth R4,120 in rewards altogether.
Are there any catches to the rewards programme I should know about?
A few things to keep in mind: registered stays need to be worth at least R950 per night, rewards are earned by number of nights rather than bookings, and nights aren't transferable. Easter and December high season are excluded, and the programme resets every January.
Can my company set up a corporate account across all the lodges?
Absolutely — you can book any lodge direct, bill it all to one corporate account, and earn Icon Loyal stay credit on every night, with one invoice covering all four lodges.
