A River of Becoming

There are moments in life when perception shifts. Not through argument, not through instruction, but through a quiet change in awareness. The world remains the same, yet it is no longer seen in the same way. What once felt solid begins to loosen. Beliefs soften. Identities evolve. And relationships that once travelled beside us may begin to drift toward other shores. This is one of the most misunderstood moments in the human journey. Growth does not always strengthen existing connections. Sometimes it reveals that those connections belonged to an earlier understanding of ourselves. This is not betrayal. This is the natural movement of consciousness. Like vessels on a river, souls travel together for a time. Some journeys run long and steady. Others cross only briefly. When the current changes direction, not every vessel will turn with it. Awakening does not demand judgement of those who remain. It asks only for compassion. For every soul moves through the river of awareness at its own rhythm. And the river does not flow backwards.
